Meet the Epsom team
At SmartCare we believe our care workers are the most important part of our business. All our staff are DBS checked and all undergo a psychometrical test to show up those who have the strengths needed for effective care work. Our care workers are chosen for their experience, cheerful disposition, attention to detail, reliability and dedication to the special needs of our clients. In line with government legislation, all care workers are being trained or qualified to NVQ2/QCF2 and above. They are encouraged to attend courses specialising in Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Stroke and Learning Disabilities, Diabetes and End of Life to help them understand what is needed to meet peoples needs. All of our candidates must also supply appropriate references, which are checked thoroughly before they are taken into our employ..
